Ms. Johnstone joined HealthInsight Nevada as Vice President of Operations in July 2013. Ms. Johnstone also owns a consulting company specializing in employee benefits.  Prior to coming to HealthInsight, Ms. Johnstone served three years as the Executive Director of the Health Services Coalition; a Las Vegas based non-profit supporting 23 self-funded health benefit plans in provider contracts and healthcare quality. During the years 2001 and 2010, Ms. Johnstone worked for the State of Nevada, most recently as the Executive Officer for the State's employee health benefit program.

Mrs. Kerr is a partner with Kerr IP Group, LLC, and CFO for NexRf Corporation, a technology start-up based in Reno, Nevada.  She has been practicing law for fourteen years in the private and public sectors, and working with intellectual property issues since 1998. Her practice areas include intellectual property, unfair competition and transactional work. She has represented clients in numerous matters in federal and state courts, and before administrative tribunals and the USPTO, handling trials, appeals and law and motion hearings. 

Previously Mrs. Kerr worked for the Nevada Office of the Attorney General as a Senior Deputy Attorney General.  During her tenure with that office starting in 2001, she was the supervisory attorney responsible for all of Nevada's antitrust enforcement efforts, including several major pharmaceutical cases involving sham litigation under the Patent Act.  She has drafted regulations adopted by the Nevada Public Utilities Commission, as well as assisted in the preparation of bill draft requests.  She has additionally represented the state in numerous telecommunications and energy and natural gas cases, such as the El Paso Natural Gas Antitrust Litigation in 2003-2004...

Ms. Lavonne Lewis, a Senior Executive with over 35 years of experience, possesses expertise in all Management functional areas in diverse domestic and international environments. Presently Ms. Lewis is the Interim President and CEO for the Las Vegas Clark County Urban League where she uses her management expertise to lead the operations of this Community Action Agency. She is also the owner of NIA Enterprises, a Human Resources Consulting Firm.

Ms. Lewis worked for EG&G, Inc. for 27 years.  She served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at company headquarters in Wellesley, Massachusetts. In this position she reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for the overall direction and leadership of Human Resources for the $1.5 billion global, diversified technology company with over 15,000 employees, including training and employee development...

Dr. Florence Jameson has spent her life dedicated to family, health care and community. She attended UCLA School of Medicine where she earned her medical degree and Cedar Sinai where she did her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In 1985, she opened her private practice in Las Vegas and has been a solo practitioner for the last 27 years. She is an advocate for patients, their physicians and community health, having served as a member of the Clark County Medical Society for 27 years and as their past President. She is the immediate past President of the Nevada State Medical Association.  Her love for patients and medicine has inspired her to strive for quality healthcare for all Nevadans regardless of their economic situation…..

Julia Teska

Julia Teska joined the Department of Administration in April of 2014, bringing more than 20 years of government finance experience at both the state and local levels.  Previously Julia served as the Deputy Superintendent for Business and Support Services at the Department of Education (DOE).  Her primary areas of responsibility were K-12 budget initiatives, department business operations, audit functions, facilities, information technology and administrative policies and procedures.  Julia also spent six years in the State Budget Division working with the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services.  Prior to working for the State of Nevada, Julia spent ten years in school district financial administration where she was responsible for budgeting, accounting, purchasing, warehouse, payroll, and benefits. Julia is a graduate of Ashford University with a degree in Public Administration.

Scott Kipper was reappointed Commissioner of the Nevada Division of Insurance on October 24, 2011. He previously served as Nevada Insurance Commissioner from December 2008 to June 2010.
